About the role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our delivery platform and internal systems at scale. You'll work closely with Backend Engineers, Data teams, and Product teams to improve reliability, scalability, deployment processes, observability, and operational efficiency across our systems and services. Our infrastructure currently leverages AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and other modern tooling. We're looking for articulate people who are curious, empathetic, and kind and are looking to continue to grow their careers at a fast-growing tech startup that cares deeply about personal and professional development.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment systems
- Improve system reliability, performance, availability, and security across services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across our systems
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to improve developer experience and platform efficiency
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
- Help improve infrastructure standards, tooling, and operational best practices
