About the role
Hydrogen Payment Services Company Limited (Hydrogen Pay) is a Nigerian payment solutions provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Access Corporation, the parent company of Access Bank. The company builds an end-to-end payment infrastructure enabling businesses and financial institutions across Africa.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex business and marketing data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will analyze large datasets, develop interactive dashboards and reports, track key performance metrics, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Combine data from multiple internal and external sources to create a unified view of business and marketing performance.
- Define, monitor, and report on key business and marketing performance indicators.
- Conduct data audits, reconciliations, and validation checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements and communicate complex findings clearly.
- Keep up with emerging analytics, BI, and data visualization tools; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
