- Gather, clean and consolidate data from operational, clinical and financial systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and the MD’s office.
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Support performance monitoring across departments and facilities.
- Develop data models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and confidentiality (in line with the NDPA and health-data standards).
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualisations.
- Support automation of recurring reports and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with ICT on data infrastructure and system integration.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation.
