Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the content team, assigning work, setting standards, and reviewing output.
- Develop content strategy and ideas for each TSES brand and product, with a distinct voice and audience for each.
- Align content plans with the Head of Marketing & Branding's brand direction and campaign priorities.
- Ensure all content supports TSES's corporate brand positioning and digital marketing goals.
- Own the end-to-end content workflow: ideation, scripting, production, recording, publishing, and reporting.
- Build and manage a multi-brand content calendar.
- Make technical services and equipment solutions engaging and credible through explainers, client stories, demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Review all content for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality before publication.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and report insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing & Branding.
- Manage production timelines and any external creatives or vendors.
