The Cloud Network and Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing the Bank's hybrid infrastructure across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on-premises environments. The role ensures the availability, reliability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise infrastructure while supporting business-critical systems, cloud adoption, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, administer, and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, backup, and security services.
- Manage on-premises infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and data center environments.
- Configure and maintain secure hybrid connectivity between AWS and on-premises environments using VPN, Direct Connect, routing, DNS, load balancing, and network segmentation.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security using appropriate monitoring and alerting tools.
- Support business-critical applications through proactive incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, including IAM, access management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, encryption, logging, and firewall administration.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity solutions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, asset inventories, configuration baselines, and operational procedures.
- Participate in change management, incident management, problem management, audit activities, and compliance remediation.
- Optimize infrastructure and cloud costs through resource utilization reviews and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Security, Applications, Database, Service Desk, and Business teams to deliver reliable infrastructure services.
