About the role
Microsoft is seeking a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer to help customers unlock business transformation through Microsoft Cloud. In this role, you will combine technical depth, architecture thinking, and consultative engagement to shape end-to-end solutions spanning Azure infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, security, and modern applications.
You will partner closely with specialist sellers and account teams to define winning technical strategies, remove deployment blockers, and secure technical decisions. You will build trusted relationships with customer technical and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution architectures, and guide opportunities from technical evaluation through production deployment.

Responsibilities
- Apply advanced technical sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation solutions, emphasizing security, innovation, and the value of Microsoft Cloud and artificial intelligence.
- Use deep understanding of customer context, portfolio expertise, and industry knowledge to build credibility as a trusted advisor and to assess and consult on customer security and transformation needs.
- Lead and ensure complex technical wins across workloads, teams, and regions by establishing clear rules of engagement, coaching technical sellers and account teams, and leveraging Microsoft programs and resources.
- Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at internal and external events, enabling customers and partners to increase their understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Build and nurture technical communities through community calls, sessions, and hackathons, and mentor others to scale impact across customers, partners, and internal teams.
