About the role
Technology based Software Sales Company, offering top-tier Business Technology Solutions – SaaS, urgently needs CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER. The CTO will be responsible for the overall technological direction of the organization, ensuring that technology resources are aligned with the company’s business strategy and goals. The CTO leads all technical units, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and solution delivery, overseeing the research and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance business processes and customer solutions Responsibilities Technology Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy in alignment with business goals. Technical Oversight & Leadership: Oversee all technical units, including infrastructure, development, security, and innovation. Guide the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet client needs. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the CEO/COO and other senior executives to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as technology vendors, partners, and clients. Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance: Ensure that the organization adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices. Team Development & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams. Drive a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability within Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Identify and implement new technologies that can drive competitive advantage and improve the company’s service offerings. Stay informed on the latest trends in AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and other relevant fields. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). Professional certifications in technology management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related fields (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, CISSP, PMP). 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior position. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technology teams and delivering technology-driven business solutions. Experience in the business technology solutions industry, including familiarity with cloud platforms, software development lifecycles, and data security. Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
