- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business applications to ensure smooth operations.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the tools and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and BI technologies to continually enhance TICT’s capabilities.
