About the role
ARM Life, formerly CrystaLife Assurance Plc, is the insurance subsidiary of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM), one of Nigeria's largest non-bank financial services firms focused on asset management. Established in 1994, ARM is a leading player in the Nigerian financial services sector.
The Agile Delivery Manager will lead Agile delivery across digital products and technology initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and improving delivery predictability and outcomes. This is a full-time role based in Lagos, Nigeria, requiring 5+ years of experience in Agile or technology delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional Product and Technology teams
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Work with Product Managers to ensure backlogs are well structured, prioritised and ready for delivery
- Support teams in breaking complex initiatives into manageable increments
- Monitor delivery progress and identify risks, blockers and dependencies early
- Drive resolution of impediments and escalate issues when required
- Translate product roadmaps and strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans
- Support quarterly planning, release planning and sprint planning
- Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and other stakeholders
- Track key milestones and critical delivery paths
- Coordinate readiness for major product and technology releases
- Ensure testing, quality, security, operational and business readiness activities are completed
- Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination
- Coach teams on effective Agile and Lean practices
- Help teams adopt appropriate delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and systemic issues
- Use retrospectives and delivery data to drive measurable improvements
- Provide clear visibility of delivery performance to Product and Technology leadership
